Reverse

The Microsoft Surface may reverse the professional’s input, and possibly their entire role in the process. The goal of the surface is to make customers and business people come together and produce something great, but with a little too much of the customers input, there may not be a need for the businessperson. This is an extreme but customers could realize that with this new technology they are able to do everything themselves and don’t need to have a professional to help them. When the customer decides to listen to their ideas and to only input them, there could be a problem with the need for other ideas to be included from the customer’s perspective.
